Founded in 2021, Nouveau Navier was born out of a desire to create change where it was needed most—within my own family and community. As a mother dealing with a non-verbal toddler, and a preteen struggling with focus and discipline, while witnessing the struggles of my mother and sister with PCOS, I became acutely aware of the gaps in our health and wellness journey. Friends around me were battling mental and physical health issues, and I realized how interconnected everything was—from what we eat to the products we use in our homes.

In a world filled with chemicals and synthetic ingredients, I noticed how many everyday items, from food to candles, were contributing to the very health problems we were trying to overcome. Living in America, it felt as though we were our own worst enemies in the pursuit of wellness. Rather than simply complaining about the problem, I decided change had to start with me, and that’s how Nouveau Navier came to life.

Nouveau Navier, meaning "Renewed Vessel" in French, represents a new beginning—a way to return to the pure, simple, and holistic ingredients that nature intended.
